Congratulations! you just won $10,000,000. what will you do?
Seriously, what would you do?
Money, the true ruler of the world and the battery of life, is enslaving more and more people everyday. don't you think?
I'm not saying that money is bad or anything, but I'm stating that although it's a necessity, it's not everything.
I only realized the importance of money in the last few months because I started to get a monthly salary and started to manage my own expenses and luxuries. It's not really easy; it actually is easier than you think, but as easy as I get it, as easy as it's spent because I haven't really worked hard for it.
Now, back to the question, what would you do with $10,000,000? looking at all of those zeros makes it look like a big figure, which is, but how much can you spend? These days, the prices are sky rocketing and nothing is cheap. for instance, let's say that you spend $4,000,000 for an impressive mansion somewhere. You'll at least pay $3,000,000 for matching impressive furniture no? That will leave you to $3,000,000 which probably will go to a car or something.
Another person could start his/her own business. I mean $10,000,000 is a good budget eh? Another one could help other people. Another could and another could. Those who say that "Money can't buy you happiness" CLEARLY don't know where to shop. And if so, give your money to other people you rich clingy bastards!
I saw this picture on 9gag.com and I thought to myself, "what are we doing?" Why are we fighting over materialistic matters that will soon be vanished? sure money reflects power, but it won't make you live forever - not yet anyway. so, "Money, money, money, must be funny in the rich man's world."

Standby: Lights, Camera, ACTION!
Ever had that feeling that you're living a movie or a TV show? Ever thought that your life is so much movie-like? Ever said to yourself "my life has so much drama that it could be a movie or a book"? What if it actually was?
"The Truman Show is a movie starring Jim Carrey. The film shows the life of a man who is initially unaware that he is living in a constructed reality television" (Wikipedia) I remember watching this movie and thinking " what if my whole life was a TV show," and I'm sure that that was the purpose of the film. Whether it was or not, Movies set high expectations for everything; for example, love.
"Love is like oxygen, love is a many splendored thing, love lifts us up where we belong! All you need is love," says Christian, the lead character of Moulin Rouge. After watching lots of romantic movies and shit, you tend to think that this is "the perfect way" or this is "how it will be," but no. it's not always like the movies. Life is not always a happy song or a fairy tale where the guy wins the girl and they live happily ever after. Instead, the guy would be a myth addict and the girl would be an alcoholic working two jobs to support her three kids (this can be a movie too).
Another example would be action. Chasing people, driving fast, shooting targets..., etc., kids grow up thinking that THAT'S what will happen so they tend to play rough games -which we all did and still do- to live these "realities" such as the fast and the furious or Drive or whatever. I didn't say that it's not fun or dangerous, which may be the reason why we do it in the first place, but I just say that movies initiated it. like for real, how many of you is still waiting for his super power, letter to Hogwarts, or even his first Pokemon -although it's originally a game not a movie- till this day?
To sum it up, high expectations lead to high disappointments. that's what I learned the hard way. let's imagine that your life IS a movie, and you are the hero, so you better start acting like one. Just remember that the show must go on and it's not like the movies ~

Against The Current
You know that day when everything seems wrong and it's just "not your day"? Like you're swimming against the current.
When you feel that you're a trouble magnet and everything happens to you and you just say "Why Me? Why Today?"
The Optimistic people would say "It can't get any worse." NEVER SAY THAT!! believe me, it can.
In Other words you're just having a bad day. what do you usually do? I just live through it and try to survive and end it with sleeping, but when you think about it, how can a day go bad? yea some trouble and crap but still. you still have tomorrow. unless that day was the day when jigsaw came to you and said "I wanna play a game."
Just remember that no matter how bad the day gets, always hope for a better tomorrow. that doesn't mean you should forget today, no! cuz you're living it. face your problems and aim for the best. Go to your friends, family, or whoever. let it out. seek assistance, and if you're the type of people who doesn't like others to know what they're going through then try to solve it yourself because you CAN. after all, it's just a bad day.
